What to expect from our sparkle cleaning service

Also known as a handover clean, a sparkle clean is the process of making sure a property is in pristine condition before being handed over to its new occupants. This final deep clean is crucial for both new build and renovation projects and includes:

• Removal of settling dust: Expect thorough dust removal from all surfaces, including those often missed like light fixtures, tops of cupboards, and behind appliances.
• Removal of protective coverings: New appliances, fixtures, and surfaces are often covered with protective films or wrappings. Our sparkle clean service will remove these coverings, including any adhesive residue left behind.
• Deep cleaning of windows and internal partitions/balustrades: This includes washing glass, cleaning frames, and wiping down sills for a streak-free finish.
• Deep cleaning of skirting boards, vertical walls, switches and sockets: All of these will be thoroughly sanitised by hand to give them a spotless appearance.
• Ceilings, hard floor and carpet cleaning: Ceilings will be dusted to remove dust or cobwebs, hard floors will be scrubbed to a mirror shine. Carpets will also be vacuumed and, if needed, deep-cleaned to an exemplary standard.
• Deep cleaning of washrooms, toilets, kitchens and staff facilities: From countertops to toilets, we will create a welcoming, hygienic space for staff.
